Lipton, Knorr, and others make noodle side dishes that cost about a dollar a piece. But you can get a package of ramen noodles for about a dime (usually sold in packs of 6 or more). And you can make them into a nice side dish very easily.
- 1 pkg. ramen noodle soup (beef, pork, or other flavor)
- 2 Tbs. butter
Prep:
Boil noodles (without flavor packet) until done, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and add butter. Stir over low heat until butter melts, then sprinkle the flavor packet over noodles and mix well.
